Not happy

Waited almost 2 weeks for this item to come in for one of the glasses to be shattered (if not more). I bought it for a Christmas gift, that I couldn’t give. Now the item is unavailable.

Item came broken

2 of the small glasses came broken. Their customer service is in the Philippines and is very difficult to take care of a problem when I called about the broken glasses. I wanted a refund on my credit card and I got an email that it would come back in the form of a gift card.

Great Buy but very slow shipping!

These anchor hocking rio cups were sturdy and well designed. They were also the same price at what you could get for at target making them very affordable. Therefore, I highly recommend these to anyone BUT the shipping was SO SLOW! It took forever to even get the package to UPS from MACY’s warehouse. I received my package after 2 1/2 weeks!

Broken glass everywhere

I received my package of drinking glasses in the original box put in another box, no packing around the glasses. Six of the glasses where shattered. I had to throw the whole thing away. It was dangerous to send it back
