Major Improvements to Previous Version
The dirty water tank on the previous version was very difficult to clean after use. The hose was also short and very inflexible. Mine actually cracked. In order to clean the suction hose after each use, you had to hold the nozzle under running water. Just a real pain to clean after each use. The newest version is easy to clean, quiet to operate and the suction hose is longer with a much improved flexibility. The suction hose can now be cleaned after use without having to drag it over to a sink with the addition of a switch on the cleaning nozzle. R & D must have received many complaints and thankfully they were addressed.

Very nice
I love this for cleaning our sofa. With 2 dogs that nervous pee on occasion this has helped tremendously! We did have the green one first and i returned that one because it was kinda of small, i had to refill the reservoir a lot; but also the shape of them were difficult to fill. This one was a lot better. I just don't feel the suction was as strong. Bigger machine should have better suction. Also the handle constantly drips while you're spraying cleaner so clean top to bottom or put a towel down.

Worth its weight in gold!
I rarely leave reviews, but this product amazes me every time I use it. I was reluctant to buy another carpet cleaner, but this little machine is worth its weight in gold. It's so easy to use and to clean afterwards, and so light and portable that I reach for it automatically for spot stains as well as larger discolored areas on my carpet. Thank you for making my life a little easier.

Not worth the time
I bought the Bissell to help clean up after my dog and cat, and I went with the bigger model thinking it would have stronger performance than the smaller one. I also got the package with the extra cleaning heads, expecting it to make cleaning easier. The stain trapper attachment ended up having little to no suction, so it didn’t work the way it should. The regular cleaning head did have some suction, but it wasn’t strong enough to get the job done efficiently. It did pull up some really gross water and mess from my couch, so I know it works to an extent, but the amount of time and effort it took wasn’t worth it. It took me over an hour just to clean one section of my couch because I had to move painfully slow and press down hard just to get any water to suction back up. For a machine of this size and price, I expected more power and faster results. In the end, it does technically work, but the process is so frustrating and time-consuming that it doesn’t feel worth it.

I Really Love this Cleaner
First of all, I have always had pets in my life; therefore, I have always been cleaning up pet messes. When I bought this cleaner, it made at least the 5th big cleaner and numerous other spot cleaners, including Bissell cleaners, that have tried and sort of worked, but this one really works!! The noise level isn't bad either. I've just finished its maiden work shift and cleaned up old messes that were going to cost me a new carpet!! I love, love, love this little machine! Bissell, keep building them better and better--and, helping out animal charities--Ind, I'll probably keep buying your products and telling others how great they are.

This bissell little green pet pro is not as good as older versions. It is cheap and did not spray cleaner out. I returned it. Don’t waste you money. Spend little more and buy little green hydrosteam, it’s a better machine and it has better quality of parts and unit.
