Regret purchase

Very weak. Even with extended toasting time food isn’t very warm or crisp. Contemplating returning bc it doesn’t work well.

Life Expectancy

I chose Black & Decker as my last B&D toaster oven lasted many years. As we all have a " shelf life", I'm hoping this one will be the same as my last.

Mixed feelings

Item seemed great when purchased, but when I got it home there was a piece of tape and wrapping paper on outside of box that I didn’t notice. Obviously returned. Box seemed intact and item didn’t seemed used, but photo on box did not match what was inside of the box (no mesh basket). When used, toaster oven doesn’t beep if it gets to a certain low toast point and heat just stops. The more I write this review, the lower my rating is going. It does toast well when it works. Looks good and fits in cabinet so kudos for that.
