Sourdough Perfection!

I purchased Made In’s 7.5 qt. dutch oven specifically for making sourdough batards. It did not disappoint! My bread turned out better than ever thanks to this high quality dutch oven. The heavy weight and generous size created perfect results. I am so impressed with the pan, that I plan on purchasing the 5.5 qt. size as well.

The dutch oven is really large, beautiful! Would love to see a smaller version, either round or oval, still in orange, though. I'll save it for when we have a crowd, so glad to have it!

My fault for not realizing this is oval. It doesn't fit properly on a round stove burner to heat evenly. It's a nice piece of cookware if you only intend to use it in the oven.
