Great pan
This is a great pan for the obvious grilled cheese, french toast or pancakes. With the low sides it is easier to flip the food than in a regular fry pan, which is especially helpful for Rueben's. Food does not stick and the pan has not warped, which keeps the cooking even.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

I love my new griddle. I made pancakes and had to hold them in place to turn them so as not to have them slide off the griddle. I used a medium temperature and a tsp of olive oil.

This pan sucks
I tried to cook some bacon in the pan. Almost immediately it started to dome in the center making all the liquid go to the sides and but the bacon even though the heat was was med-low

Worst griddle
I used it to make tortillas and sticked the first time. And it got bent when I washed it. Very disappointed!
