Great Saute Pan

This Saute Pan is a perfect size pan for me. I have a 5-quart pan, but when cooking for one, it was just too large. The 3-Quart pan is much easier to handle and it's a much better size for cooking for one or two people. If there is a drawback, it's that not for the dishwasher. However, the non-stick surface makes for an easy cleanup. Highly recommended .

Good multi function pan

I like the size and capacity of the pan. The non stick coating makes it easy to cook anything and a breeze to clean. The depth allows for a large volume of food to be prepared.

Disappointing cooking results

I bought this pan to replace a Analon Advanced Hard Adonized 3 Qt saucepan. This Calpahalon pan is a thinner pan and does not cook as well. Gets hot to easy, burns vs holds the heat well. I also had issues with the first pan I was shipped was scratched, and took over 3 weeks to get a replacement.
