perfect size chef pan
my husband burned my stainless steel pan and I looked for months for one to replace it better than the one he ruined easy clean up perfect size for chili and I even made pasta it does not seem to boil over like other pans

Great Pan to Cook With
I received product free for review. The opinions are of my own. This is a pan that works great with functionality and food preparation. It's made of high quality stainless steel and aluminum. The food cooks evenly and, so far, no food has stuck to the pan. I've cooked a range of foods in it, including, soup, vegetables, and chopped meats. The depth of the pan allows for being able to cook a lot of food at once. The pan has a heavy feel to it and the look is sheen. The glass lid with handle allows you to see the food as it cooks, and the lid fits securely on the pan. Food comes off rather easily when the pan is being washed. The stainless steel long handle stays cool, so I'm able to safely grab it off the stove. I love the functionality of this pan and how it cooks a variety of foods with even temperature. It has a high-class look and feel. There's a handle on one end that allows you to easily grab the pan with a potholder, or gives you the opportunity to hang it from a rack.

The Ultimate in Chefs Pans!
My hubby always tells me that in order to cook your best, you need to cook with the best, and that is exactly how I feel about Calphalon. This chef's pan has quickly become my favorite pot to cook with. The stainless steel 4 quart pan has an awesome glass cover and is really well put together. The handle stays cool so I do not have to worry about burning my hand when I pick up the pan. It is a nice weight, and is dishwasher and oven safe. This pan is the ideal size for cooking single pot recipes and has become my go to pot for making mashed potatoes. The pan is very well made and the food cooks evenly. In my opinion, this pan is a must have. It is the perfect size! I would not hesitate to give as a wedding gift because this pan has a lifetime warranty and will be used for MANY years to come! Fantastic addition to our kitchen!
This pan has been an awesome addition to our kitchen! The unique shape makes it perfect for a variety of dishes, including one dish meals. It's become a nightly staple on our stovetop, and even on our table since I love the way it looks so much that I don't mind using it as a serving piece. Some of my favorite features of the Chef's Pan are: 1) the fact that it's dishwasher safe 2) that both the pan and lid can be used in the oven. This is especially handy for keeping whatever I've made in the pan warm while waiting for the rest of dinner to finish cooking. 3) the ability to use metal utensils without worry, especially my favorite whisk. Making roux, gravy, and fruit syrups is such a breeze in this pan! Although I received this pan for free, all opinions are my own. I am honestly in love with the 4-qt. Chef's Pan with Cover!
