stopped heating

the iron lights up as if it has power but there is no heat coming from this item, the iron is practically brand new and has barely been used.

Excellent Buy

I’ve had this iron for over nine years, it never ceased to disappoint me, it irons and steams just as if I took it to the Dry Cleaners. Today I’m buying a 2nd iron to give as a gift and I know the new owner will have no regrets.

Leaking after several months...Unacceptable.

I bought this iron on April 19, 2023 and it started leaking dirty rusty water beginning of three months later. We kept it pristine and there is no reason this is happening now. I would like to be contacted by a representative and given a replacement for this iron. My Rowena lasted for 10 years without a problem.

Good Buy

Better than my previous iron in a different brand. This gets hot quickly. It's on the heavy side but it could help do its job by exerting hard pressure.

Cheap looking

This iron replaces a (cheaper) Rowena. it does get hot. but gliding Is not as smooth as my old iron, which I guess is due to the different material. all the “moving” parts (the clasp of the water holder, the big dial for selecting the material) are made of very cheap plastic and I do not think will stand the test of time. I am likely returning this.
