It is big and it works well!

Easy to use from a well known manufacturer. It is a good alternative to a electric deep fryer. The unit is well made and the parts attach and fit well together. An enclosed thermometer is inserted into the unit so the temperature reads easily during frying. The unit is big but I doubt you can fry a fair size turkey. One has to put a lot of oil into the unit and some is wasted because the inserted basket does not come all the way to the bottom.
