10 days agoCuisinart 3500SS worked for 3 months, but that all
I purchased a new Cuisinart DCC-3500 coffee maker from a department store. Worked great for about 3 months. Then it didn't... A complete waste of money - total Crap. They used to be some of the best on the market, but apparently Cuisinart doesn't produce the quality products they once did. ...sad

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, as Cuisinart is committed to producing high-quality, dependable products and this is not the standard we aim to deliver. If the unit has stopped brewing, we recommend confirming the reservoir is properly seated, ensuring the unit is fully plugged in, and running a cleaning/descaling cycle to address any potential mineral buildup that could affect performance. Your feedback is important to us, and we would appreciate the opportunity to review your situation and help with a resolution. Please contact our Consumer Assistance Center at **1-800-726-0190** and reference ticket #8900546037 so we can assist you further.

17 days agoCuisinart 14 cup review
This model has been my least favorite of all of the previous models I have had. The pot itself design is very poor and very hard to pour of fill without coffee or water leaking, the digital knob on front to me is not user friendly and a pain to get use to.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your continued loyalty to Cuisinart. We’re sorry to hear the pot design and digital controls have been frustrating, as ease of use is important to us. For pouring, ensuring the carafe is aligned properly and pouring slowly from the spout can help minimize leaks. 24 days agoExactly what I was looking for
This coffee maker is exactly what I wanted. Brews perfectly, and makes 14 cups (more than the average coffee maker). The keep hot longer feature was an added bonus.

30 days agoLove my New Coffee Maker
Larger 14 cup coffee maker is awesome. Quick brewing time, built in mesh filter, over ice option, many great features and it brews a delicious cup of coffee. I also love the matte metal and black aesthetic which classes up my kitchen.

1 month agoGreat coffee, Carafe needs works
Coffee is great—temp on target, flavorful (I prefer paper filter but it comes w a gold filter), hot plate keeps things hot. Easy to use and ticks all the boxes: programmable, window to easily monitor water level as you are filling, removable cones for washing. Carafe is problematic. Others noted it spills and yes, it dribbles around the edges of the spout. This is my 2nd Cuisinart coffeemaker but the first time it’s dribbled. So you have to pour slowly and carefully to minimize (not prevent) dribbling and I ultimately started pouring over the kitchen sink so that I wouldn’t have to wipe down the countertop. Reality is no one has time or mental clarity to do that at 530am daily, so that’s annoying. But, this dribbling did not happen w my first Cuisinart coffeemaker. Thankfully, I had my old carafe (the coffeemaker popped out after 10y, but the carafe was still good), so I JUST swapped carafes and not only does it fit the new coffeemaker, no more dribbling! The difference is the old carafe has a collar around the end of the glass, while the new one I just the sleek glass on which the sleek black top w spout sits—but the sleekness allows dribbling! The black collar from the older carafe seems to do the trick and keeps things tidy and dry.

Not Nice
So bulky, too oversized and looks cheap. Opposite of modern.
