Excellent Frying Pan

The pan is in a class of its own, heats up fast, holds a steady temperature for precision cooking. The Silvernox treatment is a big plus too, only a very small amount of oil needed for searing. The helper handle is also a plus. Construction is rock solid. I purchased the 11 inch version which is working out great.

Beautiful over medium eggs in stainless steel pan.

Absolute lovely pans, high quality that will last for ever. I was no longer willing to purchase non stick or ceramic pans that I had to toss out every few years, so believed it was time I learned how to us a stainless steel pan for delicate food. I had to learn to only us low heat and some oil and now I can successfully make beautiful over medium eggs and don't have to worry about toxins in my food.

Demeyere Atlantis 7 Proline 32cm Fry Pan

This pan is an endgame frypan for any professional or home cook. Build quality is excellent, heat retention, distribution and response is wonderful. It is a pleasure to on practically any heating element. My only caution is that the pan may be too massive and not heat up properly for those with smaller or underpowered electric heating elements.

Good pan, perhaps not for induction.

After two weeks of usage my amica induction died. I saw a spark at the bottom of the pan and boom - induction dead. Someone pointed to me that this pan may have requirements on induction but can't find any info on that. Otherwise it's a good pan.

Great on induction stove

I’ve been using this pan for about a week now and it works like a dream on my induction stove. I can’t wait to have this for a lifetime.
