Great!

This rice cooker is easy to use and cooks my rice absolutely perfectly. The instructions are super easy to follow and you truly cannot screw up cooking your rice. The rice comes out perfectly every time!

Love this rice cooker

I love this rice cooker. Yes - it does burn on the bottom so I spray non-stick spray before putting everything in. I don’t rinse the jasmine rice first. I melt 2 tbs of butter and mix 2 cups of rice and onion powder with the butter. Then I add chicken broth or water to cover the rice. Add crumbles of saffron threads and put on the lid and about 30 mins later it comes out perfect.

Terrible! Terrible!

I've used it three times and it burned the bottom layer of rice to a crisp! I do not recommend this brand! I'm returning it.

Hello,

It is recommended to rinse your rice in the inner pot until the water is clear. For softer rice, let it soak in water for 10-20 minutes. Rinse the rice to remove excess bran and starch to prevent from sticking.

Good fluffy rice

I like how easy and convenient it is to use. The rice came out nice and fluffy. I do however have one complaint. It was very Hard to clean the insert. The rice stuck to the bottom. I had to soak several times to get the rice off.

Really great!

I was skeptical when I read the instructions. There’s no setting for brown or white rice. It just says put in the rice and liquid and press start, it will shut off when the rice is done. We decided to test it with some brown rice. I thoroughly expected my Rice to be undercooked. It wasn’t! It was perfect! This rice cooker is magic!
