Other reviews said this microwave was loud and clanky. I thought they were just too sensitive, but they were right. It is a loud clank when the door is shut, and you cannot gently shut it to avoid the sound. It works fine but does not feel well-built or sound solid. When running it is louder than other microwaves I use. It seems to have no insulation - just the basics. I should have listened to other buyers: the microwave irritates me.
