Sticks!
Expected much better pan for a Bobby Flay. Food sticks no idea why. I may toss it out.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Melamine sponge on the warm surface; this should do the trick. Perfect pan
The perfect pan for almost everything! I purchased this pan originally with a specific use in mind, but find I'm using it almost all the time. It cleans easily and works great on my induction stovetop.

Pans were not received
I didn’t receive the pans. When I contacted Macys customer service, they were not able to assist.

Disappointed
I have not had this pan very long. I was excited to get it. After not that much use and being careful with heating temperatures the pan has decidedly bowed up in the middle. I was hoping not to experience this as it’s a sign of an inferior product. This should not happen after so little use. I had high hopes as the non stick qualities seem excellent.

Love it
Such a great pan. Good for sauces and larger stir frys, love the slightly angled side which makes it easy to stir and add ingredients. Glass lid is also helpful to keep eye on cooking.

Great pan!
Love this pan! Needed a larger nonstick with more surface area and this one is great, works well on induction cooktops, and is very easy to clean. Also love the glass lid.
