The Cellar 10” and 12” pans stainless

Order of the Cellar 10” and 12” pans had arrived a week ago. Love the sizes and the pans are not too heavy. I have used both sizes several times and I can truly say that the food does not stick, even heat and very easy to clean. Great buy for a great price. Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT QUALITY AND VALUE!

Tried this pan for the first time today. After washing it with soap and water, I heated it to medium heat. I made large hamburger patty and sauteed onions. During the cooking, I scraped the bottom of the pan with my rubber spatula. It has a sticky gummy film on it that just gummed up. When I finished cooking, I couldn't even scrape the burned on greasy scum off. After thinking I had made a mistake by ordering these pans, I remembered that most chefs and myself included almost always deglaze with white or red wine while cooking. I got out some cider vinegar and turned the heat up to medium high heat, and poured a few tablespoons into the pan. It sizzled and I started scraping the bottom with my rubber spatula. To my surprise all the burnt on scum just melted away. I turned off the heat and poured the liquid out and wiped the pan out with paper towels. Then I just ran some water inside and wiped it dry with a towel. It looked absolutely like new. Excellent pan, excellent quality. BUY IT!

Good quality

These pans are very nice. You feel their slight weight but it's not that bad. It adds to the feel of the quality. And to those complaining about the color changing, the instructions tell you how to avoid that. Stop using it on high heat. Bad reviews because someone didn't use the product correctly doesn't provide a true review. Good pans. Would recommend.

Happy Cooking

I am so pleased with this 10” and 12” stainless steel open fry pan set. It’s not flimsy, but very strong with riveted handles. Came well packaged, no scratches. I am using these today. Love these!

Maybe maybe not

I'm rating this item a 3 because if you don't mind scrubbing, there's no issue. I only used once to scramble eggs with cheese. Applies baking soda, uses a soft cloth to clean and stains remained. After letting it sit for 2 days and a scrubbing continuously, it was at 95% of original state....maybe you could buy; or, maybe not.
