Great pan.

First thing, we are big Henckels fans. We bought this pan and it is a work of art; a thing of beauty. Pictures don't do it justice. It is well engineered. My Wife has cooked vegetables in it a few times and raves about it. It cleans up perfectly. We like that there are no harsh chemicals in the mix. We always use plastic utensils. We can't say enough good things about it. Our recommendation is to buy it.
