great quality knives. The 5” is quite small. Good for small hands

This knife is wonderful quality and worth every penny. Hasn't dulled after many uses (follow the instructions that come with the knife).

The 8 inch variation of this knife has a really nice balance, and allows for very agile movement, but has enough weight to get through large vegetables. The knife comes so sharp you can't even tell your cutting something. It is also very easy to maintain.
