Product functionality spoiled by lack of common sense

With a little common sense, this good design could have been a great design. The internal walls dividing each of the pockets do not extend down low enough to stop the cutlery falling over & partially tangling. Come on, Joseph Joseph. You can do better than this. Very disappointing
