Why Didn’t I Buy This Sooner

I used my stand recently and it worked perfectly. I thought to myself why didn’t I buy this sooner instead of struggling with where to place the cover.

Does not work with 5qt. braiser lid

The concept is great! I love that the drip try is removable from the stand for easy cleaning. Sadly the pan I own (5qt. braiser) was too large for this

Why haven't I had some like this year's ago?

This has made organization while cooking so...much...better. My hot lids are now conveniently next to the stove, not laying in the sink or on a towel on the counter. Not only truly practical, but now I can see my pretty colored cast iron lids better, like on display. Great for my glass lids as well. Yup, definitely worth it, at least for my kitchen and work flow.
