Grinding is not as easy as instructions state.

While this does grind very fine... the instructions say to hold the silver top half and twist. That does not grind anything unless I also grip the very narrow, black, top edge and twist it at the same time. I don't have very strong or large hands so this is very difficult for me. Why wasn't this made with the black edge firmly attached to the silver portion? It would make sense since both must twist to actually grind.
