A pro knife for pros

Very nice balance. Handle is securely attached. Needed to de-burr the bolster as it had a sharp edge that poked my fingers but it was quickly taken care of. I don’t understand why the white handle is so much more expensive, but I’ve been wanting one for a while so it was worth the splurge. Nice weight and balance.

First zwilling purchase

It looks stunning. Very nice balanced weight feel in my hand. The blade is ultra sharp. You know , it's german still , so it's great. The material and the handle feels extremely smooth.
