This is THE knife for your home kitchen!

Just received the 7” slim Chef Knife from the Pro ale Blanc line. Absolutely love this knife for all the chopping tasks in the kitchen. Highly recommend this for anyone starting off or ready to trade up!!

Le Blanc 7inch is a gem!

Absolutely fantastic knife. I've been trying to complete the set for some time and finally got the 7-in slim chef's nice. German steel yet you get the Elegance of a Japanese katana. Can't wait to start using!

Chopped

I’m happy to have won this knife from a YouTube channel influencer “Downshiftology”. Thank you I have not used the knife yet, but tested it on a piece of copy paper and it sliced like butter, just like in the knife commercials, lol. The knife feels balanced and I have no doubt that it will perform well in my kitchen. Highly recommended .
