10 years and going strong!

We received this set as a wedding shower gift over 10 years ago and they are still in excellent shape!! I've done both handwashing as well as cleaning them in the dishwasher with no trouble. Heats evenly and I love all the pieces and use them almost daily.

Longevity

I don't have this particular set, but an older model of tri-ply 13 pc set. I have had it for over 10 years now, and use them all of the time, as i love to cook. I use an occasional bar-keepers friend scrub with a dobie sponge whenever any grease stains, etc. occurs. They clean up very well... look as new as the day i bought them practically.

Caphalon cookware

I love this cookware, after trying others ,it was a blessing to have cookware that was nice to use, heats up quickly on lower temperatures better than my older cookware and clean up is much more pleasant that I imagined.

Stainless Steel, NOT non-stick

I love cooking with Calphalon stainless steel. They heat evenly and are great for cooking just about anything. I noticed a few reviews that mentioned that products were sticking to the pan. The salesperson did not tell me that the pans were non-stick and they do not have a non-stick coating. You will have to use a high temp cooking oil (which excludes olive oil) or a bit of water and the lid to keep your food from sticking. PS: PAM and other cooking sprays are not recommended for use with these pans. See the care and use instructions that come with set or individual pans.

I love my Calphalon!

I started with the 8 pc set 11 years ago and have added pieces through the years. It still looks new and performs beautifully. I never have burned anything, everything comes out evenly cooked.

This set is good for everything!

I own this set, along with an additional extra large covered pan, and I never find myself without something to cook a multi course meal in.  This cookware does not have a non-stick coating but is SUPER easy to clean.  I soak mine in HOT soapy water when I'm done using them and along with a scotch brite pad and very little effort, they are shining again.  My cookware is 10 years old and still look like new; NO KIDDING!
