The most sufficient pan!
This is a game changer. You don’t even need to turn the stove on too high, this pan will catch the heat right away. I definitely see a difference in my meals prepped

Pretty good pan
Ordered the cookware set which has been great. The larger pan warped and did not sit flat after several months. Caraway quickly replaced it under warranty. The only knock on it is that it’s pretty heavy. I understand quality stainless steel is heavy but considering it warped within a few months, I’m not sure the weight is necessarily a result of quality? I get that there are bad runs and sometimes products just don’t come out exactly right so hoping this replacement lasts a lifetime.

Game Changer
We don't eat a lot of red meat but had to try this out with a nice ribeye, and cooking one in a pan is far from my area of expertise but boy did that turn out tasty! Perfectly medium rare. Of course I forgot to take a picture while it was all beautiful in the pan, but here's the end result. The mushroom sauce did great in the pan as well. Looking forward to seeing what other magic this beauty can make!
