Cooks food evenly.

I love the Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless 14" Stir-Fry Pan. I've been cooking my breakfast and dinner in it most every day. It was suggested to use medium heat which I do. If I'm boiling water to steam veggies I'll set the heat on median high till I get it going than drop the heat down to median. The pan is easy to clean with soap and water. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Good size

I like the size for my Chinese fried rice. It’s very light so have to be careful with the heat.
