Did not received the earrings

Was not able to pick up the earrings at the store, when the associate opened the box was empty, the customer service was called for the replacement. Still not got any update or email confirmation about. So disappointed ☹️

Pearls quite flawed

The setting is really nice but the pearls are so flawed not worth it. Also so disappointed. I bought 2 different pairs of earrings, one came in a box these were in a baggy bouncing around loose in shipping box so disappointed in Macy’s. I returned both pairs.
