Nice and solid

I bought a whole set for my daughter and bought 2 sauce pans for myself. We had had our original pans for almost 40 years. I really love these new pans. They are nice and solid and sit flat on my cooktop. The glass lids are a welcome addition, never having glass before. Since you need to use medium/low heat it takes some time to heat up the food, but then it holds the heat well. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Valencia Pro Review

Great pans but the lids don’t have a steam relief/ or vent hole. For the price paid they could have engineered a vent hole in the covers.

GreenPan Valencia Healthy Ceramic Cookware

GreenPan Valencia Pro pots and pans are the best I’ve ever had. From Farberware to Cuisinart these are the easiest to clean. Must read the directions for cooking and cleaning. They take time to heat up but once they are wonderful.

Very Pleased

Excellent design. The ceramic coating cleans up very easily. Unlike another brand, these haven't developed brown stain on the inside and they heat very evenly
