Quality has declined massively
I bought my first Radley sectional over 15 years ago after I moved to my own place in CA and kept it through each of my moves until I moved to my hometown of MA (it survived it all). It ended up staying at my mom's house about 10 years ago and with grandkids, all of us 4 grown up kids, animals galore- it was in remarkably good shape. I was injured in a house fire and while hospitalized my mom took my 3 cats in and one has a urinary disease-- she had to finally get rid of bc the smell couldn't come out. In searching for a new sofa I came back to the Radley. I read the reviews and it was on me for not taking the warnings. I'd personally owned this and thought I could attest to how durable it was. Things aren't made like they were used to. It is purely and truly junk.

I can not give a positive review yet. Because the sofa bed is going to be delivered between 3 and 4 months. Not good a lot.

Our first purchase was 13 years ago when we first moved into our house. We decided recently that the color was too dark and it was time for a new couch anyway so we ordered it in a lighter color and couldn’t be happier! Comfortable, sturdy, classic simple couch style. The white glove delivery service was spot on. They rolled out a red carpet on our front steps put on booties and head gloves and were super efficient!

I was looking to replace my couch of 10 + years that I got from Macys’s. My old couch was great quality and lasted forever. We got rid of it because I wanted to do a space refresh. I highly recommend ordering swatches. It made all the difference in what color I expected vs the color the swatch was. Ordered it in August. They told me it wouldn’t be until the end of October to receive it. I wasn’t in a rush. It arrived yesterday. The delivery people DO NOT have to take your old couch out but we asked them and they were kind enough to do it. The whole process was smooth from the helpful staff at the showroom until delivery. Very happy with this purchase.

I’ve now tried twice to order a couch from Macy’s in a specific color that was clearly listed as “in stock” with a promised white-glove delivery in 2–3 weeks. Both times, after I paid and placed the order, I was later told the item was not actually in stock and the true delivery time would be almost four months. This isn’t just an inconvenience — it’s misleading. The website showed inventory and a short delivery window that simply wasn’t real. I also confirmed with customer service (which was a disaster in itself). If you’re counting on Macy’s to deliver what they advertise, be prepared for delays, cancellations, and a lot of wasted time. Long story short: save yourself the frustration and shop at your local furniture store instead. Macy’s no longer provides the reliable, higher-quality service they once did.
