I took a lot of time finding the right couch and I love it! Good quality for the price (got on sale). Seems like high-end leather. It is firm which I wanted and not too deep which is better on my back. I love the color- chestnut is not too yellow and more on the neutral side. I bought the sofa, loveseat and storage ottoman.

I was very hesitant to purchase this couch because of all the negative reviews. Most of them were about the long production and shipping time. I custom ordered my sofa and it was delivered in roughly 4 weeks after purchasing it online. The quality is beautiful. It is soft and supple leather. 110% satisfied! I wanted a saddle tan leather sofa and had a hard time finding online. This sectional is beautiful! Happy I spent a little extra money and got the Ottoman that also serves for storage. The sectional is modular so it can be configured in so many different ways. Love it!š

We love our new Radley sectional! The leather feels very nice and the couch itself looks great. Delivery was smooth and easy. We ordered the chestnut color because it would be in stock sooner and received it within a few weeks of ordering. Very happy with our purchase!

I will say we love the couch. It is very comfortable and seems to be of good quality leather. The couch itself I would give a 4-5 so far. However, the process to get the couch I would give a 1. I purchased the couch December 10th and was told it would be available by early January. I had to call every other week to get an idea of when it would be delivered. It was delivered February 21st. The guys who delivered it did a good job and they discovered there was a cushion that was too small for the couch section. It has been such an ordeal getting this piece. Even though the delivery guys took a picture themselves and sent it in, I still had to call the Macy's line and talk to someone about getting it replaced. We had to wait a few weeks to have someone physically come and inspect it. Then I received a phone call saying it wouldn't be ready until May 17th. No communication from them. They had the wrong email so they never reached out? June 10th, taking off to have it finally have it fixed.

Ordered on a sale weekend in mid March. We went with the color seen in store (I think itās the Chestnut color). At the time of sale, we were given an estimated delivery date of June 25th. Much to my surprise, our salesman called in mid May to let us know it was in and would be delivered in 2 days. Delivery was seamless. The guys did a great job setting it up quickly and without making a mess. I was concerned we would be waiting forever with all of the reviews here. Maybe thatās the case when you order on a big sale weekend like Memorial Day or Labor Day or maybe they have just figured out the kinks, but a long wait wasnāt our experience.

We just received our sectional and it is beyond my expectations! We waited for many months to get the couch but the wait was absolutely worth it! We custom ordered the sand color and never saw it in person. While waiting we had so many doubts but Iām sooo happy we stuck through! The delivery guys did amazing, they were careful and clean. The made sure everything was perfect before heading out. Iām so happy with the leather couch with 3 kiddos! Absolutely the best decision!
