Very sharp and high quality knife
It’s a gift from my son on Mother’s Day. This knife is so sharp, it slices through vegetables. However just as most Japanese knives, the steel is not so strong. Do not chop into hard stuff, it tends easily to get chipped on the blade. If you use it carefully, it’s a wonderful knife.

Great knife. Excellent balance. Slices onions and carrots like butter. Cons: A bit heavy for a Japanese knife and scrathes very easily Overall an excellent addition to my kitchen knife collection.
