disappointed

Loved this pan the first time I bought it. Just had to replace, and the new version has a solid cover, so you can't see what's happening in the pan as it's cooking. Hope they go back to the original, excellent style.

Loose Handle

The quality of the pan itself is very impressive, but the handle is a little loose and that's why I gave it 3 stars. I was disappointed with the loose handle after paying such a premium price.
