Defective lumpy mattress; terrible quality

We purchased the Level One Medium after liking the one we tried out in a store and let me tell you we have huge regrets. There were loose strings coming out of every seam right after they removed the plastic. We were in physical pain everyday after sleeping on it for about a month, and unlucky for us, the store we purchased it from hauled away our old mattress, so we have been stuck sleeping on a guest mattress for the past month. Also, it looks as if someone hand sewed the border all around where the top meets the edges because it is extremely uneven. The mattress is extremely firm and has uneven lumps throughout. I would NOT recommend this mattress to anyone at all. Take note to how many of these reviews claim to be promotional (i.e., having received the mattress for free in exchange for a positive review). Let this review be one of the first and only honest ones.
