Did not deliver on 2 promise of mattress delivery

did not deliver on promise of mattress delivery. Macy's 2 times cancelled delivery of mattresses. 1st time said " delivery truck broke down, 2nd time said " the vendor Sealy mattress cancelled due to defective mattress" The worst customer experience ever
