motor died after 6 months and customer service is horrible. my husband has been trying to get a replacement and we still haven't succeeded. now they are asking for a video showing the motor dosen't work. how the heck am I supposed to do that.

I love my juicer. I use it everyday. The fact that I DO NOT have to cut up my fruit to juice it, is amazing. Great product all and all. I have recommended it to a couple of my friends.

The seller is the worst seller on Macy”s.com and shipping product to customers with manufacturer box. Seller never return your emails.
Update to my review
I left an honest review of my experience with the Ventray juicer. I was very surprised to receive an email from the vendor asking me to either change or remove my review. I stand by what I wrote previously. I think their request is unethical because potential buyers who read reviews want to read honest reviews. I reported this to Macys, and am now notifying other potential buyers of this.
Very Disappointed with Recent Juicer Purchase
Dear Macy’s, I’m extremely disappointed that you carry this particular brand of juicer. I purchased it on April 25, 2025, and received it within a couple of days. I was initially impressed by how quickly it arrived and was excited to begin using my new appliance. Unfortunately, due to my demanding work schedule, I wasn’t able to try it out until today, May 11, 2025. Despite my excitement to begin my juicing journey, I was met with complete disappointment. After thoroughly washing and preparing my produce, cleaning the juicer, and plugging it in, I discovered that it does not work at all. It’s incredibly frustrating to invest time, money, and anticipation into something that turns out to be completely non-functional right out of the box. I hope Macy’s will stand behind the products it sells and assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

Disappointed
So I purchased a juicer from this store through Macys. I was satisfied with the juicer until it stopped working. I reached out to the seller and told them it wasn't working. They gave me some steps to do which I did and didn't work. I let them know. At this point they advised to send a video. Now for me this is unnecessary but I tried to do it anyway. The video wouldn't go through. I let them know that. All I want is for my juicer to work. Not a refund or new juicer. They could have fixed this one and sent it back but to have to jump through all the hoops is ridiculous to me. But hey it's only my money we're talking about
