Great unit with a few changes

We have three Corgis and the shed like crazy. I got tired of dragging the shop vac around so we purchased the Garage Pro vacuum. I like the wall mount, it has plenty of suction to collect the copious amounts of hair they deposit in my truck. The way I hold the hose makes me dislike the swiveling nozzle but I also see the benefit of having it. Cons, it needs a better storage solution for the attachments, the hose hanger sucks and the hose is garbage. Having worked at a hose shop I was familiar with the Haviland I-helix vacuum hose and just happened to have a nice long length of it. I knoched the ends loose from the hose that came with the unit and istalled them on the I-helix. Do yourseld a favor and make the swap, it's a smoot bore hose (minimizes clogs) extremely durable, very flexible, minimal memory (will lay straight, no curves) and is very kink resistant.

Gift

The vacuum was a gift to my son. His comments include the vacuum is very quiet, yet the hose end for attachments is angled at a less than ergonomic angle, making use of some of the attachments feel awkward in confined spaces. Attacment storage in the supplied bag is not user friendly and so will probably mount a basket on the wall for better accessibility. Hose bracket is minimal for retaining the hose securely unless hose is stored in long lengths to minimize bracket space.

Perfect shop/car vacuum

Very happy with it. Fits perfectly In the corner of my garage. I will find a different way to store the hose and the attachments, while not in use. Hose is a great length.

Great Vac - Poor Hose

The vacuum is good. The hose that came with it is terrible, it kinks and twists, so we replaced it.
