Great product but short life; stood by warranty

Like many other reviews, my frother stopped working after about 10 months. However, they did stand by their warranty and replace it. Again, however, it was a little frustrating with the back-and-forth emails. I don't need to know that you forwarded my concern to someone else; just let me know when it's resolved. It took quite a while to get the invoice needed to process the exchange. I do love the product, though. Saw it reviewed on America's Test Kitchen and it really is wonderful.

Favorite kitchen gadget

This is a great frother! The button is sensitive so you can really control how fast or slow it goes. Love it for mixing my matcha and other powder drinks whether hot or cold

Nice Frother

Nice Frother. Would be great if it came with the 2 AA battery that is required.

Good experience with Zulay

I ordered 3 o f the milk frothers. One of them had a metal piece break off in the battery compartment. I contacted the Zulay company and they sent out a free replacement very quickly. I love that it is lightweight and easy to store in the cabinet.
